TESLA Blatná is one of the two largest manufacturers of ignition cables in Europe in terms of range, quality and number of types offered. TESLA's extensive range covers 99% of vehicles on the road in Europe and neighboring countries.


95% of all ignition cables in the TESLA offer are manufactured for passenger cars with a gasoline engine. However, the TESLA range includes a number of other types that are intended for other applications. It does not have to be only about popular vintage cars or motorcycles. Looking for a forklift solution? We offer more than 20 different types. For increasingly popular cogeneration units or for any industrial machines with a gas drive, we offer a special design of ignition cables with thermally and mechanically highly resistant terminals and other protective elements.

Sets of TESLA ignition cables are manufactured using only premium quality components. The TESLA range includes more than 900 different items. In addition to production under its own TESLA brand, it also produces high-quality ignition cables under its customers' private brands. Each ignition cable kit is designed, manufactured and tested to meet or exceed OE quality and performance requirements.

Ignition cable construction


  1. Silicone terminal with high heat resistance
  2. The metal core generates a variable magnetic field and allows high voltage to be created
  3. The strong copper wire of the primary winding between the core and the secondary coil ensures the creation of an impulse for the formation of a high-voltage spark at the spark plug
  4. Hundreds of turns of coiled copper wire are involved in increasing the voltage from the original 12 volts
  5. Tinned brass contacts ensure a low voltage connection
  6. Epoxy resin is used to protect electronic circuits

Ignition cables can be made in different colors with descriptions according to the customer's wishes. The main material for the production of conductors and terminals is silicone. Silicone stands out for its maximum heat resistance and high mechanical strength. The shape of the contacts and the material used correspond exactly to the original design.

Do you know our TSW cables?


To maintain maximum mechanical and thermal resistance, we produce TRIPLE SILICONE WIRES (TSW) cables. They consist of a conductive silicone core, an inner silicone insulation and an outer silicone sheath. Only this construction guarantees maximum thermal protection. The range consists exclusively of first-class Class E and Class F cables, which according to the DIN-ISO 3808 standard can withstand temperatures up to 250 °C.

TSW BASIC version offers high temperature resistance up to 220°C (class E according to DIN_ISO 3808) and optimal transmission of high voltage thanks to the reinforced conductive core (1.6-2.0 mm).

PREMIUM

TSW PREMIUM has a special surface layer used to extend the life of the cable. Such a design of the ignition cable is unique and has no competition on the market.

SILICON INDUCTIVE

TSW INDUCTIVE - - has a cable diameter of 8 mm to increase mechanical resistance. Low resistance inductive core for optimal performance. Especially for racing car lovers.

Cables sets


Ignition cable sets usually consist of four or more ignition cables. It serves to transfer energy in the ignition system. It is important that they do not emit energy that would interfere with radio or other reception. Self-interference is ensured by the material of the electrically conductive core of the cable (resistive, inductive) or by an interference-suppressing resistor in the cable end (cables with a copper core). The company TESLA offers three basic types - cables with a resistive core, with a copper core and with a reactive core.< /b>

We produce ignition cables in the number of several million pieces per year. In order to ensure the high quality of all manufactured cables, we use automated computer-controlled machines from ARTOS during production. Production is certified according to ISO standards. All production processes are subject to regular audits by our largest customers.


Expedition

Ignition cable sets can be packed in several types of standardized boxes or in plastic bags. We will help the customer with the design of the boxes and with the preparation of the catalog. The customer receives complete data including cross-tabulations with the main competitors. It goes without saying that the data provided is continuously updated.


Quality

We produce ignition cables in the number of several million pieces per year.
